My Story which might inspire you at least by 1%....

I have shared this story not to boast about myself but to inspire people who are in the same situation as that of mine as well as to tell them that you can also achieve, what I already have achieved.

I am Sachin Vijay Pawar native from tehsil Chopda in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra. I have six members in my family father Vijay, mother Ahsa, brother Deepak, bhabhi Anita and wife Shweta, I have mentioned names here because my family matters a lot to me. I have completed my schooling and college at Chopda itself in science stream. Basically, I come from a middle-class family having the business of a small Pan stall which helped me to complete my engineering.Previously our economic conditions were too weak that we lived without electricity for 1.5 years but after continued efforts of my parents and sacrifices made by my brother to leave his education so that I can get it, we achieved a good economic and social status now.

From school itself, I used to be an all rounder personality who used to participate in Dance, Sports, NCC, Social work with good academic records. While pursuing engineering at AVCOE Sangamner(MH) in 2012 I got selected in TCS as a software engineer. I wanted to prepare for UPSC instead of joining TCS but then I decided to prepare it with job considering economic conditions at home. Before joining TCS, I started preparing for MPSC with my friends Sandip and Amit and after completing the study for the prelim exam of MPSC just before the 5 days of exam my joining date came for TCS and I had to leave for Hyderabad for training. This was a really tough decision for me because I was sure that I will pass the prelim exam and at least appear for mains this year. Then in 2013 my IT career started at TCS Hyderabad, for 1 year I was away from the study of competitive exams as I was busy with my duties in IT but still, I kept appearing for exams which kept me in touch with the competitive world.

In 4 years of IT career from 2013 to 2016 I have given around 30 exams for SSB, UPSC AC, SSC, MPSC, AFCAT, Banking but I missed the final round of many exams like MPSC-STI, SSC-CGL, SBI-SO  with fewer marks. During this period  I used to think that I should stop giving exams and focus on IT career to go abroad and settle there. When I got a transfer to Pune in 2014 I started to study again and cleared pre exam of MPSC-STI, on the other hand, I was having an opportunity to go abroad in next few months through TCS then I decided to quit the job and prepare for mains of STI exam.  This was nothing but betting with the career to leave a good IT career and prepare for mains in only 40 days. My friend Amit who got selected as STI was the inspiration behind this who got selected in the notification for only 83 posts. With the help of my friends Sandip and Mahadev, I prepared hard for the exam but fall short of cutoff by 4 marks. Now I had no option for the career as I had already left a good job...........

After 1 week of silence over the death of my career I again started preparing hard for SBI Specialist officer exam and SSC CPO exam and the same story continued........... in SBI exam I got failed by only 2 marks in the final cutoff and in SSC CPO exam I was unable to clear Physical Endurance Test though I was having very good marks in Paper 1 and Paper 2. The nearly same story happened for many exams so during this period I used to talk with my family and friends who helped me a lot to gain the strength to fight again. After appearing for SSC CPO exam I learned lot of things that my weight is too much (80 KG ) and I can pass this exam easily if I am working on my physical strength.  So I decided to write this exam seriously and clear it so that I can secure a good government job and then can study for departmental Assistant commandant exam in CISF. This plan came to mind as I was already unable to clear UPSC Assistant Commandant exam in my 3 attempts but can clear departmental exam which is easier that UPSC exam.

After this, I started preparing for MPSC exams keeping in mind that I have to clear prelim of SSC CPO SI exam as well and I was practicing for PET as well. As expected I got failed in MPSC exam and cleared the CPO exam. Then it was time for second time physical exam PET but this time I was only 68 kg as I loosed around 12 kg weight with 3 months of hard work on the field. For this year as usual, 1600 meter was the main challenge for which I was unable to achieve the time less than 7 minutes. Then I practiced in a group and was able to achieve time of 6 minutes. But the supporting cover of the muscles around main bone of my right leg was decreasing sevearly and my doctor advised me not to run. Stil, I took rest for 2 days before PET and ran on the tar roads of CRPF Camp, Pune and cleared the 1600 meter in 5.9 minutes with the second position among 20 boys because I remembered the same place where I gave up the 1600 meter race last year after completing about 1300 meters. These 300 meters caused me to wait for 365 days to appear for the exam again and clear it from Paper 1 again. After 1600 meter with 10 minutes break in each, event it was time for 100 meters which also I cleared with second rank and in13 seconds. Third event was high jump which was a real challange after 1600 meter because after running around 1700 meter your thighs get locked and you can not easily do 1.5 meters high jump. Same happened with me and I was unable to cleare it in first attempt out of 3 then I loossed the muscles of thigh with my hands and then tried that was the moment which made me realize that I have become SI. Because I was expert in next 2 events long jump and shot put which ended the physical exam a big challenge in this exam. During preparation of PET, I joined IT job again for daily bread and butter as it was expected from SSC to declare the result very late. I have cleared this Physical exam by practicing for all events in the morning and then going for office for 9 hours duty. So it can always be achieved by the working aspirants as well if they have made the firm decision in mind that they will definitely crack the exam.

Post the Physical exam Paper 2 took place and Paper 2 was always a cup of tea for me but one interesting filmy style story made it difficult for me to appear for paper 2. As usual paper 2 was in Mumbai and it was on Sunday which is a mega block for local trains in Mumbai. I was unaware about this mega block concept which cancels the fast trains on the route and allows only slow trains. When I left my cousin's home for the exam as per my time calculation I would have reached the exam hall before 30 minutes with the fast train but I reached at the station on the time of exam i.e 10 am due to slow local train. Exam center was around 10 minutes by auto and  20 minutes by walk as per google map but there was no hope that police will let me go inside exam hall if I use both of them. My co passengers were more tensed than me for my exam and before I could loose hope of clearing this exam this year, one of co passengers told me that there is a way you can reach the center in 5 minutes if you can run fast. Then I told him that I have cleared 1600 meters in 6 minutes and I can reach this destination just tell me the way. It was a way crossing the nala (a big gutter) and then a fly over and as soon as the train slowed down on station I started running like Ussain bolt with a bag pack. I was not aware what is there around me but I was just running in the way explained by the person and reached the center late by 35 minutes. i.e other guys started the exam before 5 minutes. As expected the police men at the gate told me that you are late brother by 35 minutes and exam has already started. I kept requesting them but they told me that you will not be allowed at all. I requested them to call building conductor  Meanwhile I saw that my hand was bleeding severely and left palm was full of blood because while running on the flyover my hand dashed on the auto's steel sheet and it had a cut and I was unable to sense it as well. Then a mastermind idea came into mind and I told them that I had an accident and that's why I am late please allow me to write exam then he called SSC office and they told him not to allow me. But I had decided to write this exam any how as I had sacrificed too many things for it. I explained all the problems to building conductor and told him that your one decision can change my life sir he allowed me to write the exam though he had the risk of being inquired for this act. These all things wasted around 30 minutes of exam time and I was having a time of only 90 minutes to solve 200 questions. Before starting I cleaned the hand full of blood with help of examiners who cooperated a lot. And I started solving the questions like a rapid fire round, believe me, my brain was running like a super computer that day because I have attempted 195 questions in that exam in 90 minutes with high Blood Pressure still was able to score 158 marks in this paper out of 200 which is a very good score. After giving the exam I met the examiner as well as  police and explained them the scenarios and told them that to give the exam I have lied few things which I wanted to confess but I did this just because I know I can change many things with this lie. They told me if you get selected do help others as well and give us the sweets. Today I feel that I should meet them and thank them but I can't as I dont have any mean to contact them but I always bless people like them and I think I got this help just because I always help other people as much as possible.

After Paper 2 I easily cleared the medical exam as well which took place at CRPF camp, Pune. Soon I will join National Industrial Security Academy (NISA), Hyderabad. You can judge that many ups and downs came during this period in front of me but I kept fighting with the challenges. So after reading this artical if you find something which can inspire you by at least 1% apply it in your life and keep helping ohters.

My this website and articles are nothing but my small attempt to help needy people so use it and suggest it to others as well.
